The Company maintains a documented Business Continuity Plan, reviewed and tested periodically, addressing scenarios including system outages, loss of premises access, key personnel unavailability, and third-party service provider failures, with defined roles, responsibilities, and escalation procedures.
Client data and transaction records are backed up on a regular basis, and the Company relies on reputable, professionally hosted infrastructure for its Trading Platform and client portal to support system availability and data integrity.
In the event of a significant service disruption, the Company will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Clients via its website and/or registered contact channels, including guidance on any temporary trading restrictions or alternative arrangements.
